Hi! I’m Emma

My name is Emma Wedholm and I'm a registered Speech Language Pathologist based in Calgary. I received my Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Alberta.

I have experience in the pediatric population with a focus on early intervention. I have a strong interest in early language development, speech sound disorders, and complex communication, including augmentative and alternative communication. My goal is to support families and their little ones to communicate what is important to them. My approach is to build on the strengths your child already has to expand and support their confidence, skills, and independence. I thoroughly enjoy the relationships that I get to build with families through my work and strive to build rapport, connection, and trust with all my clients. 

When I'm not at work I enjoy hiking, camping, reading, crafting, and baking. My partner and I love nothing more than trying a great restaurant together or catching a hockey game.
